KIKO Milano Advent Calendar Instagram Giveaway

Submissions must not include material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with KIKO's brand image. 

KIKO reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Submission that, in its sole discretion, it determines is inconsistent with the spirit of the Giveaway or potentially damaging to KIKO, Instagram/Meta, or any other third party. 

ENTRANT LIABILITY REGARDING THEIR SUBMISSION 

By entering the Giveaway, Entrants accept these Official Rules in their entirety and represent that their Submission does not contain unlawful material, does not infringe any intellectual property or other third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Entrants agree that, at KIKO's discretion, the winner's Instagram handle may be announced on social media, including on Instagram Stories. Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity related to the Giveaway. 

THE METHOD FOR AWARDING PRIZES 

Each Entrant who makes a valid Submission in accordance with these Official Rules will be included in the selection pool. 

On or about October 30, 2026, KIKO or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible Submissions received during the Giveaway Period. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. KIKO's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

NOTIFICATION TO THE WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE 

KIKO will notify the potential winner by sending a direct message over Instagram from the official @kikomilano account requesting complete contact details. Other entries will not be acknowledged or returned. 

The potential winner will have seven (7) calendar days from being notified to reply to the notification message accepting the Prize and providing their full name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and fulfill the Prize. 

If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days, fails to provide the requested information, is found to be ineligible, rejects the Prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. 

Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. KIKO reserves the right to require the potential winner to provide a valid form of identification proving age and identity before receiving the Prize. 

The winner will be sent the Prize by mail to the postal address provided within approximately thirty (30) days after winner verification. The Prize can only be shipped to an eligible address within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. 

PERSONAL DATA 

Any information, including personal data, collected from Entrants during the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the Prize, and otherwise in accordance with the KIKO Privacy Policy located at:

By participating, Entrants acknowledge that they have read and accepted the KIKO Privacy Policy. 

GENERAL 

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants completely release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to KIKO and not to Instagram or Meta. 

KIKO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, changes to Instagram or its terms, or other causes beyond KIKO's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. 

KIKO may disqualify any Entrant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, use of automated entry methods, or other unfair practices. 

KIKO is not responsible for technical problems, human error, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, or undeliverable entries, or for any destruction or alteration of, or unauthorized access to, Giveaway entries. 

Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by KIKO. KIKO reserves the right to verify the validity of Submissions and Entrants, including identity, age, and place of residence, and to disqualify any Submission or Entrant that is not in accordance with these Official Rules. 

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting the Prize, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless KIKO, Instagram/Meta, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize. 

Failure by KIKO to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 

If any part of these Official Rules is found to be void or contrary to law, such part shall be considered invalid, but all unaffected sections shall remain in effect. 

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to conflict of law rules, and disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where prohibited by law.
